The Transgender Group Nijmegen is a fun and diverse Group of transgenders, trans men, trans women, transvestites, genderqueers and anyone who feels connected to the transgender community. We’ve been meeting each other and working on transgender visibility with COC Regio Nijmegen since February 2007. We organize monthly meetings and frequent talk groups, workshops and other social activities.

Our Café Night

No matter what kind of transgender you are, meeting people with similar experiences is important to many and it’s just fun. That’s why we meet multiple times a month.

Every second Thursday of the month we meet starting at 20:00 at Café De Opstand, Van Welderenstraat 104 in Nijmegen. This is a public location where there may be other people visiting.

Every fourth Friday of the month we meet starting at 20:00 at the Roze Huis, St. Anthoniusplaats 1 in Nijmegen. This is a private location where only we will be visiting.

Interested? Just drop by. Our doors are open to all: transgender people, trans men, trans women, non-binary people, queers, cross-dressers, people on journeys of self-exploration, partners, family, friends, etc. How you dress and whether you identify with any label doesn’t matter.
