We gaan weer lekker samen brunchen en dit keer hebben we jullie hulp nodig! Ieder jaar doen we mee aan de introductiemarkten van de HAN en RU, waar we buttons, flyers en andere leuke dingen uitdelen zodat nieuwe studenten in de stad merken dat we er zijn. De introductiemarkten komen er weer aan dus gaan we op zaterdag 6 juli buttons en andere leuke dingen maken (hint: er zal glitter zijn…). Doe je mee?
Zoals voorgaande keren zal er voor de brunch een bijdrage van 2,50 gevraagd worden en zijn drankjes op eigen rekening.
Wil je ook op 19 augustus bij de RU en 29 augustus bij de HAN helpen bij onze marktkraam? Dat is heel gezellig! Geef je op via info (at) transgendernijmegen.nl!
We’re going to have another nice brunch together and this time we need your help! Every year we participate in the introduction markets at the HAN en RU, where we hand out buttons, flyers and other goodies to the new students so they know how to find us. The introduction markets are coming up so on Saterday July 6th we’ll be making buttons and other fun stuff (hint: there will be glitter…). Do you want to help us?
As before, we’ll ask you to contribute 2,50 for the brunch and you can buy drinks at the bar.

Heerlijke donuts en een drag workshop. Wat wil je nog meer? Om mee te doen met de workshop moet je je inschrijven via info@transgendernijmegen.nl. Vol is vol dus wees er vroeg bij! Voor zowel de donuts als de workshop vragen we een kleine eigen bijdrage. Meer informatie volgt binnenkort op onze facebook event-pagina.

Het weer wordt beter en dus komen vogels van diverse pluimage weer samen in het park! Zondag 16 juni gaan we weer gezellig samen picknicken. Vanaf 1 uur ’s middags in het Kronenburgerpark, een mooi park op loopafstand van het station. Zo vrij als een vogel en zo trots als een pauw vind je onsonder een fleurige banner. Neem allemaal iets lekkers te eten en te drinken mee als je kunt. Als we delen wat we hebben is er altijd een feestmaal. het thema dit jaar is paradijsvogel. Dus steek bloemen in je haar, zet je veren op en laat je zorgen van je af vallen. Alle vreemde vogels zijn welkom! The weather is turning around so all the bright birds are out in the park. On Sunday 16 June we come together for a picnic. From 1 pm we’ll be gathering in the Kronenburgerpark close to the trainstation. You’ll find us fluttering around and strutting proudly under a colorful banner. Bring something to drink or eat. If we all share, we’ll have a feast. The theme of the year is Birds of Paradise. So put some flowers in your hair and let your worries fly away. Odd birds are very welcome! WE VERHUIZEN! Nou ja, onze caféavonden op de 4de vrijdag van de maand verhuizen, van café Marcus Antonius op Sint Anthoniusplaats 15 naar het Roze Huis op Sint Anthoniusplaats 1. Onze eerste caféavond in het Roze Huis is vrijdag 26 april.
Dit doen we omdat er vraag was naar een rustigere ontmoetingsavond zonder luide muziek en omdat de locatie rolstoel-toegankelijk is. Ook is er in dit pand mogelijkheid tot omkleden. Het Roze Huis is de vaste thuisbasis van COC Regio Nijmegen en Dito. Tijdens onze caféavonden staan er vrijwilligers achter de bar. Wil je ook bar doen of gastmens zijn op een avond in het Roze Huis? Laat het ons weten!
Onze café avonden op de 2de donderdag van de maand blijven in café Thomtom, Van Welderenstraat 65. De eerst volgende avond in Thomtom is op 9 mei.
Starting Friday 26 April we are moving our regular café night to the Pink House, Sint Anthoniusplaats 1 in Nijmegen, this is across from café Marcus Antonius. We chose to move to this location because there wre requests to facilitate a meeting at a quieter and wheelchair accessible location. This will be our refular meeting place every 4th Friday of the Month. Our meetings every 2nd Thursday of the month will continue to take place in cafe Thomtom.
We start at 8 PM, drop by and meet us!
